Academic Quadrathlon Results
The 2024 American Society of Animal Science Southern Section Academic Quadrathlon in Lexington/Louisville, KY. The contest involved two days of competition with day one consisting of a laboratory practical and written test. Day two consisted of an oral presentation and a double-elimination quiz bowl.
Overall, the team had a Top 10 finish and secured 7th place.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Victory over Berry College in the quiz bowl to secure the Georgia state championship
- Top 3 finish in the oral competition (hardest of all the sections)
- Second place finish in the poultry practicum sections
