Emory Lynn Agriculture Scholarship

This year’s Emory Lynne Agriculture Scholarship recipient is Julia Brooks. Julia is an Animal Science major and is due to graduate in the spring of 2025. She has been involved in numerous student activities:

• Pre-Vet Club
• Young Life Leader
• Dogs for Paws

Other student activities in high school included 4H teen leader, varsity soccer co-captain, and more. Julia has volunteered with senior centers, kids camps, and animal shelters. She is currently employed at Shannon Veterinary Services as a kennel technician. Julia’s major has an emphasis on production and management. She is a hands-on learner and enjoys learning through research. Her career goal is to become a large animal veterinarian.
